Tristram Northland Loan Vehicle Agreement

This vehicle is for the use of our valued customers, to enable you to attend to essential business in town. It is for those who require a vehicle constantly during the day. This vehicle is not for long distance trips. 

We expect this vehicle to be returned to us in a similar condition to which you received it: clean and free of rubbish. No food, drink, smoking or pets in loan vehicles please. 

We ask that you treat this vehicle with courtesy. Failure to do so, will result in us withdrawing the availability of this vehicle to you now, and in the future. 

The driver accepts responsibility for any traffic offences, parking fines or tolls, while in their possession. They understand that the vehicle is loaned to them on the condition that it is returned undamaged and that they are liable for any damage occurring while the vehicle is in their possession. 

The driver understands that if an insurance claim by Tristram Northland is accepted, the driver is liable for, and agree to pay the total, $3,000+GST immediately. If an insurance claim is not accepted, for whatever reason, the driver will immediately pay Tristram Northland, the full cost of repairs. 

The drivers understands that the vehicle may only be driven by them, and that they hold a current full drivers licence. 

Tristram Northland accepts no third party responsibility for an accidental damage to property or persons, resulting from the loan of this vehicle. 

The driver agrees to pay the fee of $25.00 for each part or full day to cover costs such as fuel and maintenance.
